Things have been a little quiet in the workshop this week, a couple of minor jobs but nothing worth putting on the blog.

I did find some time to finally wire in the custom job I’ve been working on in my spare time, I just haven’t had much spare time lately.

I’m not so keen on the Volume and tone knobs so I’ve ordered some new ones, I’ve just realised im missing the jack plate as well so that’s on order too.

Since it has space for a third central pickup I stuck in an old DiMarziosI had sitting around.  I’ve put in a second switch between the Volume and Tone controls to not only switch it on and off but to reverse its phase.  It should give me a little more flexibility.

I’ve dropped off the neck with my wood carver so once that comes back I can put it all back together….
