An interesting problem, it came with no bridge saddle. The trouble there is not having a starting point with the setup. However, got to start somewhere, so a bone blank. Cut if first to roughly the right length.
It’s also a little thick so it needs sanding down a little…
So there’s the staring point.
With a long steel rule on the fretboard that would be a completely flat action so add in twice what you want as an action at the 12th fret and a little more spare….
The top needs a curve to match the curvature of the fretboard.

With the strings back and at full tension now I can work out exactly how high the action is and therefore how much to take off the saddle….

A nice flat and square bottom…
Double checking before I go much further…
Next a slant to correctly compensate the intonation, about like that should do it…
And there it is, the finished saddle.
