I’ve not actually had one of these on the bench before, but I think they’re great looking guitars, a cross between a Duesenberg and a Rickenbacker.
It could do with a little more work, the frets are rather worn..
They’re a little uneven as well, but for now it’s just going to have clean-up and setup.
First things first then, give the fretboard a good clean.

Next a standard 5 point setup…
No.1 The neck set. It was a little flat, with the uneven frets that could cause a problem with fret buzz.
so slacken off the truss-rod just a little.
No.2 The action at the 12th fret, a little high.
so lower the bridge a shade.
No.3 The action at the 1st fret. Just about right.
No.4 The intonation. making sure it sounds in tune all the way up and down the neck.
No.5 The pickup heights. The neck was a little high and the bridge a little low.
There it goes, a great looking and now playing guitar.
